By using DELVA applications and services, you agree to these terms. DELVA provides a technology platform connecting customers with independent providers for rides, food, delivery, marketplace, and professional services.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. DELVA may suspend accounts that violate policies or trust requirements.

Tokens

DELVA Coins are promotional closed-loop credits with no cash value outside the platform. Issuance and redemption are subject to admin rules and availability.

Providers

Providers are independent operators responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, and licensing. Platform fees apply as disclosed in the provider app.

Limitation of liability
